10 Haunted places in India- "Haunted eyes stares at you"

10 Haunted places in India- "Haunted eyes

stares at you"

I still remember my childhood stories from my grandmother about some real paranormal activities at their time, but never imagine the same will be hard enough to believe that - "They do exist"

For centuries, travellers from around the world who have made their journey to India have been spellbinded by the mystical energy that surrounds the country.

What i personally believe:

If you believe in life, you must believe in death,
If you believe in the alive, you must believe in the dead.

Blame it on circumstances, but spine-chilling accounts confirm the presence of ghosts and spirits, especially when they come from locals.

if the word ‘supernatural‘ gives you an adrenalin rush, you, my friend, like me and many others, are someone who likes to push the boundaries a little and take a peek into what’s happening in the strange, mysterious world out there.

Lets go for - "HAUNTED HUNT                                                WALKTHROUGH"

1. Bhangarh Fort in Alwar:ASI approved

As per the story associated with the most haunted place in India, a Tantrik fell in love with Princess Ratnavati. He tried to use magic to win over her, but the princess got to know of his evil plans and ordered him killed.
Before the tantrik died, he cursed the residents of the fort to die and the village dwellers to remain roofless forever.Even if a roof is built, it collapses soon after.

2. Delhi Cantonment Area:

Delhi Cantonment area is a great place to visit during the day. But as the night falls, you can be lucky (or unlucky) enough to experience its spooky side. Locals and passersby claim to have seen a woman in a sari asking for a lift and chasing the vehicle at inhuman speeds.
Many travellers met with fatal road accidents while driving

3.Malcha Mahal in Delhi:

Malcha Mahal is hunting lodge that dates back to the Tughlaq era. Princess Wilayat Mahal, one of the last descendants of the royal family of Oudh, did not get her estate back after independence. She committed suicide by drinking grounded diamond. Her ghost is said to haunt the royal palace area ever since.
Rumors say that those who have attempted to enter the palace without permission never returned alive.

4. Mukesh Mills, Maharashtra

Mumbai too has a contender for the most haunted places in India. Built in the 1870s, this mill in Mumbai's Colaba area, was once a centre of bustling activity till it shut in 1982 owing to a strike. A few months later an unexplained fire broke out in the mill which left it in a dilapidated state. Post this, many television shows, commercials and movies have been shot here. There have been stories about actors refusing to shoot because of eerie feelings, lost goods and even possession.

5.  The Savoy Hotel, Uttarakhand:

The perfect plot and probably the most perfect haunted story. In 1911, a British spiritualist called  Frances Garnett-Orme was found dead at the Savoy in her room, which was locked from inside. Her ghost is said to haunt the Mussoorie property.
People say you can hear her whisper at the lodge. The unresolved mystery of her death gave Agatha Christie her first novel, The Mysterious Affair at Styles (1920).
The legend of Garnett-Orme also inspired Ruskin Bond’s In A Crystal Ball – A Mussoorie Mystery (2003).

Don't worry guys, you can chill around some other places around the hils(yes,,,, without any haunted trauma) the details can be accessed here: https://xplorehub.blogspot.com/2018/06/5-untouched-hill-station-in-india-2018.html and https://xplorehub.blogspot.com/2018/06/5-best-camping-destination-in-india-to.html

Those who have been victims of this experience, call the Mansion one of the most haunted places in India. Don’t take up a challenge and explore this place, because the residents here vouch for its spookiness.

10. Jatinga, Assam

This village is popular worldwide for its unexplained phenomenon of bird suicides. Most of the migratory birds visiting the area never leave the village, dropping dead for no rhyme or reason on the streets. The case gets even more inscrutable as these birds always plummet to their death between 06:00 p.m. to 09:30 p.m. on the moonless nights of September and October.
These mass suicides only occur on a specific 1 mile by 600 feet strip of land and this phenomenon is said to have occurred year after year without a break for more than a century. Many theories have been offered by scientists to explain this phenomenon, the most popular one being that these birds are attracted towards village lights which later confuse them, along with many others. None of them has yet been able to prove any of the theories behind this phenomenon though, which is why it continues to haunt and intrigue the minds of the residents and travellers just the same.

Just go and have some Goosebumps!!!
